To provide a liaison between the ASCE Region 9 Board of Governors and the BPELSG Board.

The Committee shall function in accordance with the Region 9 Bylaws, guided by the current edition of Roberts Rules of Order - Newly Revised and following professional decorum to encourage participation by all members.
